FCS was founded by President Wang Baoxun and his brother Wang Baoli on Fuqiang Road in Tainan. By 1979, offices were established in Taipei and Taichung.
From 1981 to 1990, expansion continued with the setup of the second and third factories in the Anping Industrial Zone, further increasing production capacity.

Approved for trading on the Taiwan Emerging Stock Market, becoming the only injection molding machine manufacturer in Taiwan to be publicly listed.
Launched the enameled wire production line, expanding the company’s product offerings.
Started the construction of a solar power generation system at the Taiwan headquarters, entering the green energy technology sector.
Launched PT. FCS RGP PLASTIC and opened the first factory.
Opened the first factory in Ahmedabad, India, with an annual capacity to produce 1,000 injection molding machines, ranging from 100-ton servo energy-saving machines to 3000-ton two-platen machines. These machines cater to various industries in India, including automotive parts, electronics, food packaging, and medical equipment.
We held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new factory in Hangzhou Bay New District, becoming the fifth global production base for injection molding machines.
The Ningbo Hangzhou new factory held a beam-raising ceremony, signifying another milestone in FCS's industry achievements.
The Field Application Engineering Center (FAE) was officially established, comprising four specialized teams focusing on market marketing, sales technology, Industry 4.0 technology, and process technology and smart factories. FCS co-founded the zero-carbon shoe brand "GENTREX" with Dongjiang, successfully developing the "multi-functional physical foaming injection molding system," which is particularly suitable for "thermoplastic elastomer micro-foaming" components, widely used in industries such as footwear, bicycles, and automotive parts for shock absorption and comfort.
